Meet the team
Mark and Pam built the “husband and wife” real estate team dedicated to marketing the communities in
Cuyahoga, Lorain and Medina counties back in 2004.
We are a licensed, professional team that seeks to provide the ultimate in personalized service.
Our Team has since expanded and continues to grow!
Pam Simon, Realtor & New Construction Specialist
Pam earned a Masters degree in Business Administration/Systems Management at Baldwin-Wallace College and Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at The University of Akron.
Pam held previous positions as the Activities Director and Alumni Liaison for Midpark and Berea High Schools in the Berea City School District.
Pam has a tremendous amount of experience in communicating with and coordinating events for many different communities on the West side of Cleveland.
Meghan Yee, Realtor & NEw Construction specialist
Meghan Yee grew up on the west side of Cleveland in Bay Village and has resided in Middleburg Hts. since 2000.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Ohio University. She worked in the biotech field as a Health and Safety Manager and consultant in her previous career.
She is a volunteer chairperson for OutRun Ovarian Cancer and continues to consult for the Health and Safety Field.

We do this buy participating in the annual day of service each May, called “RED DAY”. Red Day is observed world-wide at Keller Williams and it stands for “Renew*Energize*Donate.” Our team has lead several endeavors over the last 20 years, doing just that!
We’ve given back thousands of dollars to support KW Cares and KW Local Cares, both 501 (c)3 organizations that help agents and families by providing financial grants and aid-emergency grants or catastrophic-hardship assistance-to help with immediate needs. Since 2003, KW Cares has awarded thousands of grants (over 7,200) totaling more than $66 Million in assistance.
We host FREE community events, often supporting small businesses or women owned business, to educate around areas of real estate, such as home ownership, downsizing, navigating estates, etc. We’ve also partnered with local professionals to provide continuing education to our fellow Realtors.
We donate additional monies to local charities that support our community and those that are important to our clients! Getting our hands dirty, participating in clean-outs, facilitating estate sales, offering our trusted network of handymen and professional trades are several ways our team likes to go above and beyond for our clients.
